. These images show a house that has had the cavity walls pumped with bead insulation.
Clearly, something is not adding up and the heat within this room is escaping at a higher rate than the rest of the wall area.
An assumption is that maybe the beading insulation did not make it into this part of the cavity.
This is a common defect incurred during this process by some installers.
A Thermal Imaging Survey & Report can be used to show the company that carried out the work’s on your property and they should investigate this defect further. They should then rectify any problems deemed to be of their oversight during the retrofit.
